Get Fast Answers To Your Questions About Wholesale Flooring Supplies Here
Where do you deliver to?
A. Anywhere in Australia.
What sizes/ colours does it come in?
A. There are a wide range of colours and timber species available for each of the product ranges, along with a number of different surface finishes and gloss levels. There are only 30 or so colours for the Bamboo range because it is limited to the staining range of the real bamboo, unlike Laminate and Luxury Vinyl which can be varied with the print film layer. So if you let me know what you are looking for, I can show you the products that will suit you best.
What warranty does your product have?
A. Depending on the product and wear layer, anywhere between 5 and 30-year warranty
Can I customise my order?
A. Yes, of course. Every order we place is custom to suit each of our customers perfectly. Not everyone has the same business, the same resort or the same needs so I will call and talk directly to you to put together a tailored package that suits your needs exactly.
I’m a retail outlet; can I brand your product?
A. Absolutely. We are able to brand our product packaging with your logo if you wish. Just let us know when we are organising your quote and we can include that for you, no problems at all. Alternatively you can also opt to use our branding, which is “Admired Flooring”.
Do you sell the underlay also?
A. We have underlay as well as skirtings, moldings and stair noses to match the flooring perfectly. We can provide you the complete package.
Which product would you recommend for a commercial showroom?
A. Commercial showrooms would have high traffic areas, much like cafes and restaurants. You would also have to consider women in high-heeled shoes coming through, which can leave small indents in softer flooring. If you wanted genuine timber flooring I would recommend the bamboo, if you were open to something a little different, equally as eco-friendly and more durable even than bamboo, the luxury vinyl is the product of choice for high traffic commercial areas. With more benefits than I can squeeze in here, luxury vinyl is an extremely hard wearing alternative with a beautiful finish.
How does the bamboo compare with hardwood flooring?
A. Bamboo is equally if not more durable than the hardest hardwood. We offer recommend strand woven solid bamboo over the other horizontal and vertical bamboo structures for maximum stability. With over 30 colour choices available and a selection of surface finishes, the eco friendly alternative to hardwood can come in any finish you wish.
Are any of the products waterproof?
A. Yes, the luxury vinyl is waterproof and can be used in wet areas, so can the timber look tiles. The other flooring is water resistant, but the vinyl is a genuine water PROOF product along with the timber look tiles. This makes it perfect for families with young children as well as messy pets!
Which would you recommend for people with pets? Which is more scratch resistant?
A. Without a doubt the tiles or vinyl is the best option for people with dogs concerned about scratching their new floor. With both products being scratch resistant, you can install this flooring with complete peace of mind. Both products are also completely waterproof, ideal for wet areas with the main difference being the tiles are hard under foot with the vinyl slightly more spongy and comfortable.
Which is the easiest to install DIY?
A. There’s a tough question. The loose lay luxury vinyl would have to be the simplest to install DIY, which can be cut with a Stanley knife so no need for power tools! Although the click system in the luxury vinyl, bamboo and laminate are also very easy for the average DIY-ER to complete.
Which is the most eco-friendly?
A. All of our products are eco-friendly as that is very important to us here, but all of the products are eco-friendly for different reasons. The laminate flooring uses specially grown trees for the fibreboard as a base so there is NO cutting down forests to produce the flooring. The vinyl doesn’t involve timber at all. Bamboo is actually a grass and not a tree; it is one of the fastest-growing plants so can be cut down and regrown within a couple of years in specially grown bamboo plantations as opposed to hardwood trees taking upwards of 15 years to mature, thus the bamboo flooring does not damage the bamboo forests. Our hardwood product materials are sourced from certified plantations only.
